The application has been divided into three separate docket numbers, so there will be three separate letters for the protest and three separate letters for the intervenors. The following contains information and links to files that you can use to write your own Intervener letters or petitions, or you can download ready to print letters for each of the three Dockets. You may submit these letters yourself or send them to us and we will forward them on for you. The mailing address for CTPFC is 1430 Henry Lane, Chambersburg, PA 17202. We ask that you file your letters by July 30th.
If there is a public official or business leader you can think of, now is the time to ask them to write a letter and post it.
The OCA has already filed its comments with the PUC and we will be guiding our legal team to follow by the end of this coming week with our comments in support of the OCA.
It’s Important for us to register our opposition with the PUC. We have posted sample intervener and protest letters for all three dockets.
